We are about a 4-minute walk from Grand Central. From the terminal, head north on Madison Avenue to 49th Street. Our building, 425 Madison, is at the corner of 49th Street; take the elevator to Suite 500.
If you are coming by subway, nearby stations include Grand Central–42 St (4, 5, 6, 7, S), 51 St (6) and Lexington Av/53 St (E, M). Metro-North riders arrive at Grand Central, and LIRR riders at Grand Central Madison.

Most of our patients work nearby, so we try to make visits fit a busy schedule.
- Before or after work. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 9 to 5. Early-morning and evening appointments are available by arrangement (as early as 7am, as late as 8pm), so ask when you book.
- Weekend appointments by request. Larger procedures and surgeries, such as All-on-4, can be scheduled on a weekend so you do not lose workdays.
- One office for most needs. Our practice brings together general dentists and specialists, including implant dentists, periodontists, endodontists and orthodontists, so you are not sent across town for each step (our history).
- Online booking. Choose a time on our online scheduler or call us.
Dental emergencies near Grand Central
A cracked tooth on the train or a toothache in a meeting cannot wait for next month. We offer same-day emergency visits for:
- Severe toothache or a tooth that is sensitive to biting
- Broken, chipped or knocked-out teeth
- Lost fillings or crowns
- Swelling of the gums or face, which can be a sign of infection
- Broken dentures or temporary crowns

Dental implants, including All-on-4
Dr. Ziva Yonaiev and our other doctors place implants in our office. We plan each case with a 3D cone beam scan and offer:
- Single and multiple implants (dental implants in Manhattan)
- All-on-4 and full-arch implants
- Teeth in 1 Day for qualifying patients
- Implant-supported dentures
- Bone grafting when needed
The implant consultation is free. Nitrous oxide and IV sedation are available for patients who want to be more relaxed, and larger surgeries can be scheduled on weekends by request.

Insurance and payment
We accept major PPO plans, including Aetna, Cigna, Guardian, MetLife, Delta Dental, Principal and Empire, and we can file out-of-network claims for you (insurance). For larger treatment, financing is available with CareCredit and Cherry, subject to credit approval. Ask about our Kleer membership plan if you do not have insurance.
Fitting a dental visit into a workday
Seeing a dentist near the office makes it easier to keep up with care you might otherwise put off. A few tips from our front desk:
- Book your next cleaning before you leave. Recall visits are easiest to keep when they are already on your calendar.
- Group treatment where it makes sense. If you need several fillings or a crown, ask whether they can be done in fewer, longer visits.
- Tell us about deadlines. If you have a presentation, travel or an event coming up, let us know, and we will plan treatment around it.
- Invisalign check-ins are quick. Aligner visits are short, which makes them easy to fit around meetings.
- Plan bigger procedures for a weekend. Implant surgery and other larger procedures can be scheduled on weekends by request, giving you time to rest before you are back at your desk.

Brightly Dental Midtown was formerly Modern Dental of Manhattan. The practice took over an office that had served patients at 425 Madison Ave for more than 18 years, and the ownership and team stayed the same. If you knew us under the old name, you are in the right place.
